Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions, including headhunting and strategic hiring. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Lead a team of recruiters to achieve revenue generation targets by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals. Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to ensure top talent is selected for client requirements. Map industries to identify key players and build connections that can be leveraged for future hiring needs. Desired Candidate Profile 9-14 years of experience in IT Staffing & Recruitment industry with expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, head hunting, team management, client management, leadership hiring, senior level hiring, strategic hiring, negotiation, deal closure. MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization; relevant certifications like Certified Professional (CP) or Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP) are an added advantage. Proven track record of generating revenue through successful placements and building long-term relationships with clients.
