Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring Strategy: Develop and execute hiring plans to meet manpower requirements across stores.
• Bulk Recruitment: Oversee mass hiring of sales executives, cashiers, housekeeping, and store staff.
• Managerial Recruitment: Source & hire store managers, floor supervisors, and key positions.
• Recruitment Channels: Build partnerships with job portals, colleges, skill development centers, and local agencies.
• Process Management: Standardize recruitment process (screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Attrition Control: Maintain pipelines for replacement hires in high-turnover roles.
• Reporting: Track recruitment metrics time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, attrition rates.
• Team Management: Lead a team of 3–4 Recruitment Executives.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG in HR or equivalent.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with bulk hiring exposure (retail/hospitality/telecom preferred).
• Experience in managing large-scale recruitment drives.
• Strong sourcing & networking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
