Key Responsibilities • Strategic HR Leadership: Build and implement HR policies, processes, and culture. • Workforce Planning: Manage manpower requirements across multiple cities. • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements. • Talent Development: Oversee training programs for store staff, managers, and leaders. • Employee Relations: Act as escalation point for grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace disputes. • Retention & Engagement: Develop strategies to reduce attrition and build loyalty. • Collaboration: Work closely with Store Managers, Regional Managers, and Recruitment Teams.
