Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in UAE.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with clients and provide feedback to candidates.
Negotiate salary offers and manage the onboarding process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with international clients.
Strong understanding of the UAE job market and hiring practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

Experience with recruitment in the IT sector.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
