Role : Recruitment Manager

Position: Fulltime

EXPERIENCE

10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across IT and emerging technologies
• Strong experience managing stakeholders and leading recruitment teams • Proven ability to design and execute strategic hiring initiatives and meet delivery SLAs • Proficiency in ATS (GHire, Workday, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors) • Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, IIMJobs, Naukri, Monster, Shine) • Skilled in recruitment analytics and dashboarding using MS Excel and Google Sheets • Hands-on experience with global hiring across India, US, Canada, and Middle East • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
