Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and references.
• Conduct telephonic/virtual discussions with candidates to assess role fitment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment status reports with HR leadership.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, data confidentiality, and organizational policies.
• Provide support in campus hiring drives, walk-ins, or job fair coordination when required.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (education/university sector preferred).
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques through job portals, networking, and references.
• Experience in conducting telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and advanced reporting.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.

30k to 40k per month.
