Job Description

We are hiring a Recruiter to manage agent-level bulk hiring for our BPO process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet high-volume hiring requirements. MBA freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for agent-level positions.
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, walk-ins, etc.).
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding process.
Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets.
