Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the Poland geography. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills experience in stakeholder and vendor management and hands-on expertise in LinkedIn sourcing. The role also involves frequent interaction with Polish stakeholders requiring the ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Front-End Recruitment:Handle the full recruitment process including sourcing screening and onboarding ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Polish Stakeholder Management:Engage with Polish hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs provide progress updates and ensure alignment with recruitment goals. Vendor Management:Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors to maintain a robust candidate pipeline for the Poland market. LinkedIn Sourcing:Utilize LinkedIn to source top talent for various roles in Poland. Onsite Recruitment Support:Participate in onsite recruitment activities as needed to facilitate in-person hiring processes. Requirements: Proven experience in IT Recruitment. Strong stakeholder management particularly in dealing with stakeholders. Vendor management skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality external partnerships. Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and efficiently with internal and external parties. Experience in onsite recruitment is preferred.
