Key Responsibilitie

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for US-based contract and full-time rol

• Coordinate with clients and MSPs to understand job requirement
• Maintain submission reports, candidate pipelines, and ATS updates
• Conduct initial screenings and ensure candidate compliance

• 1–5 years of US recruitment experience (IT, Non-IT, or Healthcare domai
• Strong communication skills in Engli
• Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 candidate.
• Familiarity with US time zones, hiring process.
