Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for BPO/Call Center roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Blended).
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and social media.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on client requirements.
Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview and joining process.
Maintain candidate database and prepare daily/weekly hiring reports.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to handle bulk hiring within deadlines.
Basic understanding of HR/recruitment processes.
Prior experience in BPO hiring preferred, but not mandatory.

Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
MBA in HR preferred (not mandatory).

Interview Mode:

Face-to-Face Interview at our Noida office (mandatory).
