Job Title: Business Development Executive Recruitment (IT & Non-IT) Company: MBIT Computraining Pvt Ltd Location: Noida Sector 2 Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities and onboard clients from both IT and Non-IT sectors for recruitment services. Reach out to HR and hiring decision-makers via cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings. Understand client recruitment needs and propose customized hiring solutions. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently. Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued business and referrals. Work closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver timely and quality candidates. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly targets for client acquisition and billing. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in recruitment or staffing. Good understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring needs. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach to client engagement. Familiarity with recruitment processes, basic HR terms. Willingness to work from Noida Sector 2 office and travel locally for meetings if needed. What We Offer: Fixed salary .
