Role: Talent Acquisition

Experience

Work from office only for 5 days

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Must have experience in either
IT or Non IT recruitment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize effectively.
