Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in bulk hiring and recruitment, with a strong background in sourcing and attracting top talent.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media and job boards.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for open positions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in bulk hiring and recruitment, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
