Job Description

We're Hiring for HR Recruiter Role

Job Title:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidate.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in on-boarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and support HR initiatives as needed.
Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate (mandatory).
Freshers as well as candidates with 6+ months experience are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Passion for HR and building relationships with candidates.
Female candidates residing in Hyderabad only.
Students or candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible.

Compensation & Benefits:

Freshers: Up to 18,000/month.
Experienced: Up to 25,000/month.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, Sunday off, Fixed Day shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
Perks: Early logouts, performance-based incentives, and a supportive work environment.
