Job Description

Handle bulk hiring mandates across:

IT: Support staff, tech helpdesk, junior developers, testers, etc.
Non-IT: Sales, telecallers, customer service, back office, logistics.
White Collar: Executives, admin, coordinators.
Blue Collar: Delivery boys, warehouse staff, loaders, drivers, field boys.

Work closely with external clients to understand role requirements, JD, and hiring volume.
Source candidates through various channels: job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), field sourcing, vendor networks, local job centers, referrals, and social media.
Conduct telephonic screenings, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview drives, walk-ins, and mass recruitment events.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding including background checks, documentation, and deployment.
Maintain and update daily hiring trackers and share regular hiring status reports with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a strong database of candidates and sourcing partners.
Coordinate with internal onboarding teams to ensure compliance with statutory and contractual norms.
