To expand our e-commerce operations, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Listing Specialist to manage and optimize our product catalogs across multiple online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Create, update, and manage product listings across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms. Write accurate and SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and bullet points. Upload product images, maintain catalog consistency, and ensure high-quality content. Monitor listing health, performance, visibility, and compliance with platform guidelines. Coordinate with content, marketing, and design teams for promotional content and updates. Handle bulk uploads, inventory mapping, and product attribute assignments using Excel or platform-specific templates. Identify issues like listing suppression or delisting and take corrective actions quickly. Analyze product listing performance and suggest improvements to boost conversions and ranking. Key Skills Required: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc. Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO and keyword optimization techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of bulk upload sheets and formulas. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and similar dashboards. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent product data across platforms. Ability to manage multiple SKUs, categories, and platform-specific content guidelines. Basic image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or IT preferred). 3–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce product listing or catalog management. Prior experience in a tech, digital marketing, or IT services environment is an advantage.
