Job Description

Business Development Executive/Manager (Night Shift)

Requirement:

  • Hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management within the US Staffing / IT Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and vendor management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive consistent business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, pitch services, and close deals effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in Night Shift (Mon Fri) to coordinate with US clients and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners in the US market.
  • Understand clients’ IT staffing requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and feedback sessions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, billing rates, and business agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to align business goals and ensure successful client satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics and forecast business growth.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client communication, contracts, and deal closures.

Education:

Any Graduate / MBA with a strong understanding of IT Staffing or Business Development in the US Market.
