Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and networking.
Excellent experience in BULK HIRING & campus drives.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Conduct telephonic and in-person screenings to evaluate candidate fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and hiring teams for feedback and offer negotiation.
Maintain a strong database of candidates for future hiring needs.
Participate in job fairs and campus drives as needed.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
