Job Description

Location: Ahmedabad

What we are looking for:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Jr./Mid/Senior roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultant and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with designated interviewers
Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate compensation
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a firm with about 200+ employees
PGDBM / MBA (HR)
