Job Overview: As a Pre-Sales Consultant in the residential real estate sector, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing valuable insights to potential clients. You will act as the first point of contact, guiding clients through property options, addressing queries, and ensuring they are fully informed before making purchasing decisions. You will be responsible for promoting and presenting our residential properties, ultimately generating leads and setting the stage for successful sales. Job description Candidates should possess a strong real estate background and experience in contact centre operations. Understanding telecom and knowledge of contact centre applications are essential. Experience in managing enquiry management, customer support, and escalations is also required, with a background in hospitality considered an added advantage. Specific Skill Set: Candidates should have a robust real estate background alongside contact centre operations experience. Strong communication skills are vital for effectively interacting with both internal and external customers. Understanding on Telecom and contact center application knowledge is a must.
