Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Noida Sector 41
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with mandatory experience in real estate cold calling. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales team through effective follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients for real estate projects
· Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups
· Understand client requirements and provide accurate project information
· Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
· Maintain regular client follow-ups to ensure lead conversion
· Update and maintain lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
· Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Required Skills & Experience:
· Mandatory: 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling / cold calling
· Strong communication and convincing skills
· Ability to handle objections and close meetings
· Customer-focused approach with good follow-up skills
· Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and calling systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
