Job Description

Job Title: Pre - Sales Executive - Real Estate

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries generated through various marketing channels (calls, emails, walk-ins, digital campaigns, etc.).
Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
Explain project details, pricing, layouts, amenities, and other relevant information to prospective customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Maintain updated knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming projects, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead and customer information.
Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into bookings.
Provide feedback to marketing teams on campaign performance and lead quality.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and property fairs when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Good understanding of real estate products, terminology, and market dynamics.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
