Job Description

Job Title: Pre - Sales Executive - Real Estate

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries generated through various marketing channels (calls, emails, walk-ins, digital campaigns, etc.).
  • Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Explain project details, pricing, layouts, amenities, and other relevant information to prospective customers.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming projects, competitor offerings, and market trends.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead and customer information.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into bookings.
  • Provide feedback to marketing teams on campaign performance and lead quality.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and property fairs when required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
  • Good understanding of real estate products, terminology, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
