Job Description

Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment across various locations. Understand hiring requirements and source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field sourcing. Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate for technical/managerial rounds. Handle bulk hiring, walk-ins, and job drives at colleges or field recruitment sites. Maintain accurate documentation, tracker updates, and MIS reports for daily hiring progress. Coordinate with HR operations for offer rollout and joining formalities. Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future requirements. Ensure target fulfillment within the TAT and maintain quality hiring standards. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR is an added advantage. 13 years of relevant experience in FOS or frontline hiring. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong networking and field sourcing capabilities. Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment tools (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.). Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role. Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
