Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Kalyan. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to fill various roles within the organization. The Recruiter will also coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies, and maintain a database of qualified candidates. Additionally, the Recruiter will be involved in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
