  • Experience in creating and managing job postings, including writing compelling job descriptions to attract suitable applicants.
  • Effectively manage and develop talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for ongoing and future roles.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems to streamline and manage recruitment process efficiently.
