What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for

  contract and full-time roles

  across technologies (Cloud, ERP, Data, and Digital).
• Understand complex client requirements and translate them into compelling candidate conversations.
• Build genuine connections with candidates — not just screening, but storytelling: presenting roles that excite, fit, and inspire.
• Act as a

  conversation creator

  — someone who can open doors, build trust, and turn interest into opportunity.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand hiring nuances and deliver the right talent with speed and precision.
• Create a

  great candidate experience

  — every interaction should leave candidates feeling heard, respected, and excited.
• Use multiple sourcing strategies — LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative networking — to find and engage top talent.

Who You Are

• You see recruiting as problem-solving, not just filling jobs.

• You’re proactive, agile, and resilient — unafraid to chase tough requirements.
• You understand the US IT market and time zones, and are comfortable working in

  EST/CST

  hours.
• Prior experience in

  US staffing / consulting

  environment preferred (2–6 years).
