HR recruiter Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Manage and update candidate pipelines in internal trackers or CRM systems.
• Coordinate between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a database of active and passive candidates for future roles.
• Support in offer negotiation, onboarding, and candidate engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1 year of experience

  as a

  Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive

  in an

  HR Consultancy or Staffing Firm

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

  and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a

  target-oriented

  and fast-moving environment.
• Basic understanding of

  IT and Non-IT recruitment

  is a plus.
