Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for

  branding, digital marketing, social media, and creative services

  .
• Build strong relationships with founders, marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers.
• Pitch creative solutions, prepare proposals, and present service offerings to clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with creative, design, and content teams for execution.
• Manage the full sales cycle — outreach, lead nurturing, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM / trackers and provide weekly business reports.
• Participate in brainstorming with internal teams to create pitch decks and campaign ideas.

Must Have Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience

  in

  Business Development / Client Servicing

  within a

  Creative, Digital, or Advertising Agency

  .
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, branding, and creative solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to pitch ideas confidently and build long-term client relationships.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email pitching, and proposal writing is a plus.
