Key Responsibilities Handle the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and networking. Manage and update candidate pipelines in internal trackers or CRM systems. Must-Have Qualifications 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive in an HR Consultancy or Staffing Firm . Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and Boolean search techniques. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
