We are seeking a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting business owners, CFOs, and senior executives, understanding their working capital needs, and offering suitable financial products. The role involves strong relationship-building, analytical ability, and a solution-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Meet clients including business owners, CFOs, CXOs and financial decision-makers to understand their working capital requirements. Prospect, identify, and onboard new clients through cold calls, references, networking, and field visits. Conduct detailed financial assessments and gather necessary documentation to evaluate client eligibility. Present suitable working capital solutions such as term loans, overdraft limit, and other structured products. Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. Coordinate with credit, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and disbursement. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, MIS, and daily/weekly reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. Represent the company professionally at client offices, events, and business forums.
