Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Rajkot. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, such as identifying staffing needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The role demands active collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational staffing goals and values.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing
Proficiency in Candidate Sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
Organizational and Time Management skills for coordinating hiring processes efficiently
Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools effectively
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial recruitment is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
