What we are looking:

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and results driven Recruiter to join our team who can refine and standardize our recruitment process.This role is crucial in creating the first impression with prospective clients and is perfect for individuals looking to excel in their recruitment career within the vibrant cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from different job portals to meet the hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
• Use job boards (Dice, Monster, Naukri, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, to source candidates.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for recurring technical and non-technical roles.
• Negotiate compensation packages (hourly rates, salaries, benefits) based on client budgets and candidate expectations.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate communication skills and schedule the further rounds accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,109.15 - ₹35,000.00 per month
