Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Understand client requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
• Maintain follow-up with candidates until joining.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple job roles.
• Coordinate with clients for feedback and manage recruitment updates.
• Maintain daily reports and candidate data in CRM/Excel.
• Ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple job openings.
• Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets).
• Time management and negotiation skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Graduation (Any stream).
• experience in recruitment/HR preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
