1. Client Acquisition & Business Development Identify and target potential corporate clients (small, medium, and large enterprises). Pitch corporate credit card solutions to decision-makers (e.g., CFOs, Admin Heads, HR). Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase benefits. 2. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients. Act as a point of contact for account servicing and issue resolution. Upsell or cross-sell additional card products or related financial services. 3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Track sales pipeline and conversion rates. Prepare and share regular sales reports with management. 4. Market Intelligence Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. Identify gaps in the market to tailor credit card solutions. 5. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all applications and client onboarding processes are compliant with regulatory norms. Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing. Collect and verify KYC and financial documents of corporate clients. 6. Training & Support Educate corporate clients and their employees on card usage, benefits, and safety practices. Support the implementation and rollout of credit cards in the client’s organization.
