Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Calling Executive

Location: Sanjay Place Agra
Salary: ₹7000-9000
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients.
Explain products or services and resolve customer queries.
Maintain and update customer records accurately.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Handle follow-up calls and maintain a call log/report.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships.

Key Skills Required:

Good verbal communication in Hindi/English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

Training will be provided (if applicable).
Incentives based on performance.
Working hours: 8 hours
Gender: Male / Female both can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
