As a Recruiter in our Corporate TA team, you will play a crucial role in leading the recruitment process for various positions. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing & screening relevant profiles through multiple channels such as Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, and Passive Sourcing, ensuring a healthy source mix is maintained. - Managing the end-to-end recruiting process for corporate functions. - Building strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Developing and managing a competitive candidate portfolio through rigorous sourcing efforts. - Conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and company culture. - Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and manage follow-up communications. - Overseeing the complete recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures. Minimum Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in recruiting for various positions and levels. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
