Job Summary

Recruiter (EPM Roles is ++)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for EPM roles including requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Recruit for roles such as EPM Consultants, Architects, Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers
• Source candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical and functional requirements
• Screen candidates for technical skills, consulting experience, and cultural fit
• Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of EPM talent for current and future needs
• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage the offer process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Stay current on EPM market trends, technologies, and talent availability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT or consulting recruitment
• Experience recruiting EPM roles (Oracle EPM, OneStream, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc.) preferred
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with consulting or professional services firms
• Understanding of finance transformation and EPM functional domains
• Proven ability to build long-term talent pipelines
