We’re looking for two energetic, driven, and passionate Recruiters

🎯 Roles Available:

1️⃣ Bulk Hiring Recruiter

You’ll be at the frontline of scaling up volume hiring needs – think large teams, fast turnarounds, and high-energy action!

2️⃣ Lateral Hiring Recruiter

You'll focus on identifying and placing experienced professionals in niche roles across various domains – precision, quality, and strategic sourcing is your game.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating, and closing candidates.
• Leverage job portals, social media, and networking to build solid talent pipelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Keep track of hiring metrics and reporting.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months to 2 years of

  hands-on experience in domestic recruitment

  (mandatory).
• Prior experience in

  bulk hiring

  or

  lateral hiring

  (depending on the role you're applying for).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-starters with a “get-it-done” attitude and a passion for talent.
