Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment for

  US-based product company roles

  (tech & non-tech)
• Source and close candidates using

  Dice, Monster (US), Naukri, LinkedIn

  and ATS platforms
• Drive candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer management
• Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records on recruitment systems
• Collaborate on client mandates, process improvements, and market research

Who We're Looking For :

• 0–2 years’ experience

  in hands-on recruitment, with a proven track record of closing roles for product-based companies (US or Indian preferred)
• Previous use of

  US job portals (Dice, Monster preferred)

  and Indian platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn) is required
• Driven professionals with strong communication and sourcing skills
• Ability to multitask, maintain high attention to detail, and adapt to new platforms
• Desire to work with international clients and grow in global recruitment
