Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, managing job postings, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Recruiter will also handle candidate communications, conduct background checks, and maintain applicant tracking systems. They will be expected to build strong relationships within the industry to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in managing job postings and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of the Jewelry, Luxury Retail, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools is beneficial
