Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build talent pipelines.
• Post job openings across multiple platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate fitment.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Support in employee engagement, induction, and other HR operational tasks.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field.
• 1+ years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in bulk/volume hiring).
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.
