Job Title :.NET Core Developer/Lead Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 6 to 8+ Years Industry: B2B Travel Technology, Product base Employment Type: Full-time Working days alternative sat off Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Core Developer/Lead to drive the architecture, design, and development of robust and scalable APIs, containerized services, and integrations with global travel suppliers. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and development of scalable, secure, and performant .NET Core-based APIs and services. Drive supplier integration modules focusing on performance and fault tolerance. Design and manage containerized microservices using Docker (and optionally ECS/Fargate/EKS). Oversee Redis-based caching layers and optimize data access with MySQL. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other engineers to deliver business-critical features. Perform code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for all critical services. Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and devise solutions to these problems in live production workloads. Technical Skills Required Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C# (8+ years). Solid understanding of RESTful API design , API versioning , rate limiting , and OAuth2/JWT authentication . Experience with Redis for caching and session management. Proficient with MySQL/MariaDB , including schema design and performance tuning. Strong understanding of containerization using Docker , and deployment on AWS (ECS, Fargate, or Kubernetes). Familiar with CI/CD pipelines , preferably using GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or Jenkins. Experience in multi-threading , async programming , and background job processing Good exposure to logging/monitoring tools (ELK, CloudWatch, Prometheus). Nice to Have Prior experience in travel technology or supplier API integrations (e.g., hotel aggregators, GDSs). Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (e.g., SQS, RabbitMQ).
