Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Reception professional to join our team at SHRI SAI HOSPITALITY. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and issue resolution.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and staff.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of hospitality software and systems is preferred.
Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain accurate records and reports.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business goals.
