One of our client is Looking for a highly motivated and results oriented Real Estate Sales Manager with 3 Years - 15 Years of Experience for Delhi Location. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client. Monitor sales performance and track key metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively. Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Eligibility Criteria A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated success in direct sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively close deals and achieve desired outcomes. In depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property types, pricing trends, and legal regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation. A proactive and results oriented approach to sales. Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem solving and decision making skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
