Real Estate Sales Manager

One of our client is Looking for a highly motivated and results oriented Real Estate Sales Manager with 3 Years - 15 Years of Experience for Delhi Location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
• Monitor sales performance and track key metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively.
• Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Eligibility Criteria

• A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in direct sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively close deals and achieve desired outcomes.
• In depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property types, pricing trends, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
