Real Estate Sales Consultant

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant at Hyperloop Consultancy Group, you will play a crucial role in targeting potential cooperative housing societies and developer clients for redevelopment and consultancy projects. Your responsibilities will include generating new business leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, managing lead tracking, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. Additionally, you will assist in client acquisition strategies and onboarding new societies, contributing to the firm's growth and client expansion strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential cooperative housing societies and developer clients. - Generate new business leads to contribute to firm growth. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions. - Manage and track leads for timely conversions. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and partners. - Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation. - Assist in client acquisition strategies and onboarding new societies. - Participate in field marketing activities and promotional events. - Maintain client databases, prepare reports, and support business development initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Graduate / Undergraduate in any stream. - Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience in real estate, marketing, or sales. - Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (Marathi/Hindi mandatory). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong presentation and follow-up abilities. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork. - Knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Mumbai real estate markets is an advantage.
