Real Estate Sales Consultant

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and present solutions that align with their needs. You will provide detailed information on available properties, developments, and project features to clients, while staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and offerings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the sales team to design presentations, demonstrations, and proposals for potential clients. - Conducting thorough market research to understand competitors and identify new opportunities. - Preparing pre-sales documentation, including proposals, quotes, and other related materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements. - Identifying and nurturing leads by maintaining effective communication and understanding the evolving needs of prospects. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and addressed throughout the pre-sales process. - Conducting site visits for prospective clients, assisting with any inquiries or concerns regarding the properties. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to conduct market research effectively. - Prior experience in sales or pre-sales roles will be an advantage.
