Role Overview:

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and executing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets in the real estate domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in real estate sales, marketing, brand positioning, and team leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
  • Drive channel partner development, broker network management, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue realization.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and after-sales service.

Marketing & Branding:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, outdoor) to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop project positioning, product mix, and communication strategies in line with market demand.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies, media, and PR partners for promotions.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams to deliver high performance.
  • Establish KPIs, performance reviews, and incentive structures.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Business Development:

  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
  • Build strategic alliances with investors, brokers, and institutional clients.
  • Support senior management in expansion planning and revenue growth initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 12+ years of experience in real estate sales & marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets for large residential/commercial projects.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory aspects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools preferred.
