Project Manager – Deltek Vantagepoint/VisionKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project delivery using Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision ERPDevelop project schedules, budgets, and staffing plansMonitor project health, milestones, and financials through Deltek dashboardsCollaborate with onshore teams, technical leads, and stakeholdersEnsure timely, budget-conscious delivery of project outcomesManage timesheets, expense tracking, billing cycles, and change orders Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of project management experience in services-based environmentsAt least 2 years of hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or VisionSolid understanding of project accounting, billing, and resource planningExperience working with distributed/offshore delivery teamsProficiency in MS Project, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Jira)Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field Preferred:PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
