Location: Pan India (Remote, Hybrid, or On-site options available) Job Type: Full Time Experience: 3 to 10 years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate React Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces and UI components for our web and mobile applications using the React ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces using React.js and its core principles. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, high-performance code. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring consistency and efficiency across applications. Implement efficient state management using libraries such as Redux, React Context API, MobX, Zustand, or Recoil. Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and other data sources to ensure seamless data flow and interactivity. Optimize application performance, addressing issues related to load times, responsiveness, and rendering across various devices and browsers. Write clean, modular, well-documented, and testable code (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.). Participate actively in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering and design to deployment and maintenance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, product managers, and QA engineers, in an Agile environment. Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the React ecosystem and broader front-end development. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers (for candidates with 5+ years experience). Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth and error-free user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3-8 years of hands-on experience in React.js development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. In-depth understanding of React.js and its core concepts (JSX, components, state, props, lifecycle methods, Hooks). Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API). Proficiency in modern front-end build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience in integrating them into React applications. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and learn continuously. Good to Have: Experience with Typescript. Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js. Knowledge of Micro-Frontend Architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Dockers, Kubernetes). Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and front-end security best practices. Experience with UI component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS).
