As a Staff Frontend Engineer ReactJS/Microfrontends at TCS, you will play a crucial role in architecting and leading the next generation of the website microfrontend platform. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to enable teams across the organization to independently build and ship customer experiences while maintaining a unified feel and platform resilience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and build modern, scalable frontend applications with a strong emphasis on performance, maintainability, and developer experience. - Utilize TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+) to ensure type safety, modularity, and clean code practices. - Demonstrate deep expertise in the React ecosystem, including Next.js and Remix for SSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering strategies. - Implement advanced React patterns such as Hooks, Context API, Custom Hooks, and Concurrent Features. - Manage state using Redux, useContext, and emerging patterns like React Query for server state. - Implement Module Federation with Webpack 5 for dynamic runtime integration of independently deployed microfrontends. - Design shared component libraries, cross-app communication strategies, and versioning policies for federated setups. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in architecting and building modern, scalable frontend applications. - Expertise in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and advanced React patterns. - Hands-on experience in microfrontend architecture, including Module Federation with Webpack 5.
